Delivery Timescales
We always aim to ship all orders received before 2 PM on the same working day. Standard UK Delivery takes approximately 1-3 working days. You will be contacted if you order an item that isn’t in stock for delivery immediately and we will endeavour to accommodate your requirements where we can. If you have any special delivery requirements, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you. We can ship into Europe which takes approx 10-14 working days. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Sorry, we do not offer International shipping.

Returns & Refunds Policy (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your order.
The MGB Hive is not entitled to pay for your shipping costs when returning an item to us unless the item is damaged or we have sent the wrong item to you where we will include the cost of return shipping within your refund. Orders must be checked for damage or missing items and reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Unwanted Items
We do understand that sometimes you may wish to return items to us which are no longer required. All returns will be inspected by us before any credit is issued.
We regret that we are unable to accept the return of any parts which have been ordered in especially for you.
Please make sure that all items are well packaged to avoid any damage which may happen in transit. It is a good idea to obtain proof of shipment, so you can contact them in the case of delay, loss or damage.
Please note that all returned items MUST be in new condition as supplied at the point of sale and still in their original, undamaged packaging.
All unwanted parts, MUST be in their original packaging and not been fitted or unboxed, these may be returned within 28 days for any reason.
Any items returned after the 28 days will occur a re- stocking / handling fee. This is at our sole discretion.
In some cases a gift voucher will be issued instead of a refund.
Return postage is paid by the customer.
All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the purchase invoice. Items returned with an incorrect or incomplete proof of purchase cannot be processed.
We must be notified of any shortages or damaged goods within 24 hours of your receipt of the order.
Where a kit has been supplied, then the whole kit must be returned. We cannot offer partial refunds on kits.
Goods valued at £42.00 or less are exempt from any cooling off period
