Website Assistance
Try using the search bar under our logo, If you have the part number please try this first. Or you can try using a description ie Spark Plugs and all the listings for spark plugs will be shown below and you just click on the ones which are correct for your car.
We are still building the website and adding parts everyday, if there is a item you can't find please call our sales team on 01945 700500 and we shall evdevour to add this part to the website for you.
There are a few things you can try:
- Username, by default the shop will use your email address as a login, check that you are using the right email address, usually, your computer will store login information for you so if the email address you are typing in is not recognised it may not be the right one.
- Is the password correct? It's very easy to mistype a password so try entering it again.
- Lost password, it does happen but you can easily resolve this, visit the login screen and under the login password box, you will see a "Lost your password?" link. enter your email address and the system will send you an email with a link to reset your password. You should now be able to login to the website with your revised login details.
Your shopping basket will remain live for 48 hours if you make a payment after this time you may not receive your order. If you are selecting items to buy later why not use the wish list feature to build your order first.
Payment is made through Worldpay, which is a secure website to make your payment. Sorry we do not except Paypal at this time.
All our products include a 12 months from date of purchase warranty. This warranty is only for parts supplied within the UK. Only valid with proof of purchase ie sales receipt. Warranty claims only cover the cost of the part not labour or delivery or any other consequential losses.
Sorry we can not offer any warranty to parts which have been exported outside of the UK. Sorry we can not cover the return postage or replacement postage outside the UK
Please note that the photos on our website are stock photos for reference only and maybe subject to change depending on stock of the item at time of ordering. If you would like to know the brand of part we have in stock please call our sales team which will be happy to assist you.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. They have no cash value. They can be redeemed online or over the telephone or in person. They are emailed direct to you either direct to your recipient or to yourself for you to print. If you have lost your voucher please contact our sales team for a copy.

There are various shipping zones in the UK and these have been added to our system, you will have to select the correct postal zone (see the list below) to complete your order with the correct shipping fee applied.
ZONE 1 = United Kingdom (UK)
ZONE 1A = UK-Isle of Wight
ZONE 2 = UK-Scottish Highlands and Islands
ZONE 3 = Isle of Man
ZONE 4 = UK- Northern Ireland
ZONE 5 = Ireland
ZONE 6 = Guernsey, Jersey
We aim to despatch all our orders within 24/48 hours on receipt of your order.
All mainland UK orders should be received within 1-2 working days from despatch. Orders which are placed over the weekends will be despatched on the Monday. If you have not received your order within this time please call our sales team on 01945 700500 and we shall look into this for you.
Orders being delivered to Europe can take approx 4 -10 working days, but there may be delays due to Covid 19.
Orders being delivered to Europe will be excluding vat, but you will have a customs admin fee on top of the delivery fee. Once the parcel reaches your country our couriers will contact you. You will have to pay them any import duties and admin fees. Once they have received your payment they will then deliver your parcel to you.
Please contact office@mgbhive.co.uk with the list of parts you require and we will get a cost of delivery for you. Delivery prices will vary from country, weight and size of the parcel.
Sorry we can not offer any warranty on parts sold outside of the UK.
All orders need to be inspected on receipt and any loss or missing items or damage need to be reported within 24 hours from receipt of delivery. Please call a member of our sales team to report on 01945 700500
