Website Assistance

I can't find the item I'm looking for?

Try using the search bar under our logo, the more specific you are with your search terms the more chance you have of success, make sure you include car model, where the part is required e.g. front suspension and the part you are looking for.

I'm having problems logging into the shop, what can I do?

There are a few things you can try:

  1. Username, by default the shop will use your email address as a login, check that you are using the right email address, usually, your computer will store login information for you so if the email address you are typing in is not recognised it may not be the right one.
  2. Is the password correct? It's very easy to mistype a password so try entering it again.
  3. Lost password, it does happen but you can easily resolve this, visit the login screen and under the login password box, you will see a "Lost your password?" link. enter your email address and the system will send you an email with a link to reset your password. You should now be able to login to the website with your revised login details.
Basket lifespan

Your shopping basket will remain live for 48 hours if you make a payment after this time you may not receive your order. If you are selecting items to buy later why not use the wish list feature to build your order first.

I'm in the UK but your system won't recognise my postcode?

There are various shipping zones in the UK and these have been added to our system, you will have to select the correct postal zone (see the list below) to complete your order with the correct shipping fee applied.

ZONE 1 = United Kingdom (UK)

ZONE 1A = UK-Isle of Wight

ZONE 2 = UK-Scottish Highlands and Islands

ZONE 3 = Isle of Man

ZONE 4 =  UK- Northern Ireland

ZONE 5 = Ireland

ZONE 6 = Guernsey, Jersey

Out of Stock Items

The item I need is showing out of stock, when will it be available?

We are always ordering stock but in some cases, items are not always easy to source, for updates on products that are out of stock send us an email or call us on 01945 700500.
